Rokku/Baika fashion mag!

Okay so I was trying to find gals who are interested in these styles on ricoche and only got a reply from Giuliam but she helped a trillz. She posted pictures of a maazine called Soul Sister and I have only found it on the Japanese Amazon website and if they ship internatioally I'm oing to have my Japanese professor help me out with that because I really don't want to mess up my order. I am so bummed that google searches bring up next to nothing on the magazine and rokku/baika styles (with the exception of my blog and some post made by Lisha). Where are all the wild and sexy gals????????

Egg trumps Popsister for now...

Just yesterday I was getting my belated spazz on about April's Popsister but I just got May's Egg and the ish has hit the fan. There's something in there for every gal.....except maybe you hime gals but don't worry. For all those girls praying for the return on Manba well it's here.....sort of.

Now I didn't read the whole story on it (its like 4 pages) but I intend to and to translate but I won't make promises since it is the end of the semester and I'm uber busy. Now I'm going over what I saw and bit and peices I read without a dictionary. It was Egg models in Manba....now it could be just a fun feature for all I know. In order for Neo Manba's to exist in my eyes you have to have other girls who aren't paid models to start running around in full manba gear. Until then I'm not buying the comeback but girls in the west who have been praying for this seem to be stoked and I am happy for them....I like the idea of one of the m ore extreme forms making a comeback because well....gal today is just a little too prissy and safe.

LOOKING KIND OF TAN THERE! I flipped my skip when I saw these three pages. Maybe its just me but they seem a little tanner than normal and they are super sexy fierce. I haven't seen alot of that lately. These three made me happy summer was on the way.

NIHON I WANT A FIGHTER! I don't know who this guy is, didn' even bother to see what the article was about....but he's hot. I NEVER see hot guys in Egg (sorry gyaru-o do nothing for me other than provide great shopping buddies). I wish I were the punching bag and he would tackle me.....

Last this is the survey thing at the end of every Egg issue now usually I skip over it (except I read the valentines one). This one is a hot mess though. I was under the impression that Egg was geared more towards high school girls so what's all this SEX stuff about. I know high schools girls are getting rug burns too and have been since forever but.....I don't know. I don't want a daughter, that's too much worrying, especially when people act like it's condoms that's out there killing people.

Whoot Whoot For Popsister's Eye Makup.

So I've been busy or just not up for going through mags but I finally got around to checking out April issues for both Egg and Popsister. I always enjoy Egg simply because the models look like they actually have fun with what they do and because Kanako and Yumachi are like my inspirations. As much I love Kanako Yumachi is officially my number favorite gyaru. She is almost always well put together and I have a sneaking suspicion if you take off all that makeup and hair extensions she's still really freaking attractive!

Anyway Popsister owned this month. I always like the clothes (they are fit for my page, Egg's clothes were awesome for me when I was in high school) but the makeup stole the show. I had notice since the beginning of the year (following my fav mags since Janurary) that all the makeup tutorials were basically the same thing. Each girl used the same shades of brown and gold eyeshadow and maybe some will do a pink lip or its nude. Oh, and the order they apply things may change.....boring for me. Oh but this month they broke out all sorts of awesome colors! Check it out!

Oh but Popsister didn't just stop there with the awesomeness. I always see girls confused about what to do with their hair be it color, style, what do do with it for long, medium, short, and pixie but Popsister owned with the hair too. Check this out:

I know awesome right??????? BUT WAIT!!! There's more. I know Egg has let readers into the models and gals bedrooms (never actually looked at that issue) but Popsister lets you into gyaru bedrooms. It's cool to see I'm not the only person who uses the many clothing items and accessories they own to decorate the walls. When I finish cleaning my room I think I'll take pics of it and post them. I so want to try these les extreme forms of Banba makeup. We'll see how well I can adjust it to my skin tone, which by the way I'm happy sumer is coming so I can be an even brown. Winter hits and I get all yellow orangy-brown. I don't like it, I guess that's pale for me but I like brown....like chocolate.....yum!

A heaven send and another tardy post.

I think I'll start with the tardy post which you probably have seen before. It's the makeup rankings that everyone is talking about (Jelly and Egg). The droopy eye is moving out and the cat eye is coming in. I also like the bold red lip which I've been itching to do (not that I'm the type to wait for someone else to tell me its cool) but here goes a picture:
